Anger Management Lesson for Social Emotional Learning and School Counseling

Using movement, games, and activities students will learn how to define anger and identify coping strategies to use when they experience strong emotions.

At a minimum, this lesson allows students to identify and share their feelings, develop self-esteem through participation, and practice empathy while hearing others’ experiences.
