I'm so glad IMPACT helped! New resources are added every month and student needs change fast, so instead of canceling, you can pause. You keep your eligible member rate and still choose one resource each month.

School break, leave, or a busy season? Keep your spot without paying for full access.
- Choose one resource each paused month, and download it again whenever you need it during the pause
- Keep your eligible member rate and billing schedule for when you come back
- Keep any milestone credit you've earned
- Use the full access you've already paid for first. The pause starts after that.
$5 today, then $5 each month until you return or end the pause.
Don't cancel your regular payments. After you check out, I'll take care of your regular billing so you're only paying the $5 while you're paused. When you're ready for full access, choose Resume membership inside IMPACT and I'll restart your regular payments.
You can pause whether you pay monthly or for 12 months. Check out with the email on your membership. If your school pays for IMPACT, you're billed some other way, or you're not sure you're eligible, email me before you buy and I'll sort it out with you.
Unused monthly choices don't roll over, and trainings pause too. You'll still get new-resource emails based on your email preferences. To come back early or end the pause, use the pause plan box you'll see inside IMPACT when you're signed in, or email me.
Full access comes back when your regular membership payment goes through. You won't pay twice for time you've already paid for. The $5 isn't prorated or refunded if you return early.

Moving to a new school? Keep IMPACT. Email me your old and new email and I'll move your membership over.
Leaving counseling? If your school bought your license, it can move to another counselor. Email payments@brightfutures-counseling.com with your email and the new counselor's, and I'll take care of it.

Before you cancel
- You keep access through the time you've already paid for. If you paid for 12 months, that's 12 months from the day you paid.
- Everything you've downloaded is yours to keep.
- When your access ends, you can't download from My Library or join trainings and the community.
- If you come back later, you'll join at the current price, so a locked-in rate won't carry over.

- Sign in to your billing account with your membership email. Never set a password, or forgot it? Choose Forgot Password and you'll get an email to set one.
- Under Billing Info, choose Cancel subscription.
- Finish the confirmation steps.

How do I find the right resource?
Tap the chat button in the corner and tell it your grade level and what you're working on, like a friendship small group for third graders. You can also browse everything by grade, topic, and tier, or start with this month's lesson plan.
Tap the heart on any resource to save it to My Library. Still not finding it? Email me what you need and I'll point you to it.
I can't sign in to IMPACT.
Sign in with the email you joined with. If you're not sure which one that was, check your welcome email or a receipt. The sign-in code comes by email, so look in your spam or quarantine folder if it doesn't show up within a few minutes. Signing in with a different email creates a new account that isn't connected to your membership.
Once you're in, bookmark My Library so it's easy to get back. Still stuck? Email me with the email you joined with, and I'll get you in.
Why can't I download right now?
If you pay monthly, you can download up to 10 new resources in 24 hours, and downloads open back up on their own within 24 hours. If the message says your downloads are paused for a few days, that clears on its own too. Re-downloading something you already have never counts, so grab it from My Library anytime. If you paid for 12 months or your school pays, there's no daily limit.
The download limit and the $5 pause plan are separate. On the pause plan, you choose one resource each paused month, and choosing Resume membership in IMPACT brings back full access.

My card was declined or expired.
Update your card in your billing account ↗ right away so your access doesn't stop. If it already stopped, email me and I'll help you get back in.
I can't find my billing account.
Billing has its own sign-in on my course site, with a password. That's where your card, renewal date, and receipts live. Open it with your membership email ↗. If you don't know your password, choose Forgot Password there. If your membership isn't there, email me and I'll find it. If your school pays, email payments@brightfutures-counseling.com.
I was charged for a renewal I didn't expect.
Monthly payments renew on the same date each month. If you paid for 12 months, you renew 12 months from the day you paid, not at the end of the school year. Your next renewal date is in your billing account ↗. If something still looks wrong, email me right away with the email on your membership, and I'll look into it with you.
I paid for 12 months. Can I switch to monthly payments?
Yes. Email me before your 12 months are up and I'll set up $39 monthly payments starting when they end. Monthly costs more over a full year, but you can stop any month.
I changed schools or need a new email on my membership.
Email me your old and new email addresses and I'll move your membership over to the new one.
Where are the trainings, the community, and my bonus courses?
